As a huge fan of apps, and systems, and using all the things, I’ve tested a lot of different platforms over the years. These are my favorites.

Payment Processing + Finances

Square
I love Square for payment processing. I connect it to Dubsado to process payments. If I need a one-off invoice, I just create it directly through Square and send it to my clients via email or a direct link. Quickbooks
Quickbooks is my favorite tool for bookkeping in my business. It helps me keep track of taxes and make payments. I can track all of my income and expenses to make sure nothing gets missed at tax time.

Canva is hands down the best graphic design tool you can use if you’re not a graphic designer. It’s very easy to use and comes with a ton of templates to get you started with your designs.
